Born May 24, 1958 in Salt Lake City, Utah, a daughter of Jack E. and Jean Hill Floyd. Married William R. Olsen on January 29, 1982 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Memorial services will be held Wednesday, 2 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 So. Redwood Road.
