Ray Hunsaker

B.F.F.B
Ray unexpectedly passed away on 1/8/16 at the young age of 57. He had recently fought lymphoma & battled it like a warrior, with his daughter valiantly by his side. He was in full remission at the time of his death. He suffered & died from heart related problems. Ray was born 3/11/58, beloved son of Raymond J. Sr. & Helen (Pappas) Hunsaker in Salt Lake City, UT. He attended Hillcrest High School. At a young age he fell in love with and married his sweetheart Sherree (Astle) Hunsaker.
He is preceded in death by his mother Helen, grandparents, many family, & friends. Ray was a tile setter by trade for the most part of his life as well as other labor work, working alongside his clad, then later his youngest son Kody. Ray was a very proud member & brother of The Barons Motorcycle Club for many, many years. If he wasn't tearing up asphalt with his brothers: he was spending time with his children and grandchildren. A mentor, loving, handsome, proud, loyal, strong, unforgettable, vitality, prideful, compassionate, tough, amazing, vigorous , & freedom filled man. Captivated & loved by all he'd touched. He is survived by his father Raymond Sr., little brother Pat, wife Sherree, loving father of; Lisa "Bones" (Kenny), Derick (Vickie), Kody (Jessica). Attentive and prideful grandpa "Pa" to Korey, Austin, Tyler,Jordan, Rose, Kolton, Mckinzi, Anthony, Kaden, Kylee, Bebe, Trenton, Gage, Drayden, & his newest, Jakson. As well as hundreds of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, a great nephew, brothers, & friends.
He was captivated & loved by all who were blessed to know him far & wide. "Uncharted territories are yours to have, ride in peace now our beloved old man! (Jessica Hunsaker). " Don't mistake my kindness for weakness".
Family will be notified of services. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the memorial fund for financial assistance in Ray's name at Mountain America Credit Union.

Little Ray, as we all called him was my cousin and friend.  (His Dad is Big Ray.) He was always kind and fun with a quick smile and laugh!  He was an excellent craftsman and tile setter and we were lucky to have he and his Dad set tile in our home.  We had many adventures in life together with our Big Greek family on our grandparents farm, family parties, camping trips, boating and fishing (he was a great fisherman), and taking ski lessons together up at Brighton with our other cousins, John and Tom Pappas (Little Ray didn't really need lessons though because he was already such a good skiier and on a down hill racing team).  All together there were six of our cousins that were Huskies at the same time with Diane and George Goris too! He was a proud member of The Barons Motorcycle Club and enjoyed riding!  He was a loving Dad, Grandpa and Son! He continued giving selfless service and caring for his parents and their needs even while he was battling cancer! Thanks for the Endless Memories Little Ray!  Love and Miss You! Debbie
