Kevin Jon Takagi died on August 22, 1993.

Born November 5, 1957 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Tami and Nancy Takagi. Lived in Los Angeles, California and most recently in Kent, Washington. Preceded in death by his father and brother, Michael.Survived by mother; brother, Gary Takagi (Janice); sisters, Paula Kawa (Glen), Marci Rosenlof (Richard), and Teresa Takagi (David Silveira).

Family services were held on August 25, 1993. Interment, Salt Lake City Cemetery.
